Files are suddenly zero kb
Hi, I have browsed through the forums, but couldn't find any relevant posts. I have a few documents that are several years old, SUDDENLY they are zero kb and cannot be opened. I haven't really changed anything in my set up. (I am on a Mac, Monterey, OSX 12.6.1, but I'm pretty sure the problem was there even before I updated to Monterey) The issue relates to BOTH offline and online files, i.e. they are zero kb both online and in my local folder! I have tried switching between "make files available offline" and "online only" but to no avail. Please help, since these are quite important files. Thanks//Oscar
I upgraded to Professional via my Apple account, but my Dropbox account is still Plus.
Because I subscribe to dropbox via my apple account, I have to upgrade to professional there. I did that and paid a month ago, but my account in dropbox still shows I am only on plus plan. I have no way I can see to contact dropbox about this. I paid for a month and have no additional features -- one of which includes being able to contact them directly for support issues 😕Can I purchase 1 more TB for my Plus account to reach 4TB?
Good morning, I currently have a Dropbox Plus account. I've already included a 1TB add-on with this. Now it's starting to fill up as well, and I'd like to add an extra TB to a total of 4TB. I don't see the need to switch to a Professional account, where I have to pay directly for 3 users, while I don't use this. is there a way to extend my Plus account? Thanks in advance.
Family plan vs Professional plan
I can’t find the differences between the family vs professional plan. I currently have the professional plan but want my wife to be able to upload her pictures to her own “Camera Backup_wife” folder and I believe that is not doable unless I’m mistaken? I read that a family plan would allow her to do this but I can’t find a comparison of the plans and so I’m wondering if I would loss features switching from Professional to Family? Will I still have large file transfers? And unlimited devices?
JPG images uploading from my iPhone 11 to Dropbox as PDFs
All of my JPG images in Dropbox on my laptop have converted to PDFs and are uploading as PDFs from my phone. On the Dropbox app on my phone the images are still JPGs. Can anyone tell me the setting to convert everything back and have my uploads remain in JPG format? Adobe won't even let me open the PDFS saying I have to upgrade to Pro!
