I registered to Dropbox with my AppleID and now, I can't delete my Dropbox account.
Hello, I am trying to delete my Dropbox account that was initially registered using my AppleID. When I try to delete my account on the iPhone app, it gives me an error saying "something went wrong, an unknown error occurred". This makes it impossible to delete on iPhone app. I have tried doing the same thing by logging in to my account on different browsers on my computer, and it gives me an error when i submit my account deletion request with the following error: I need help deleting my account please. I am a Chinese mainland user so I have to use VPN to use Dropbox and visit the webpage. I am in a family group. When I want to send emails to support on the webpage,there is always a warning that 'cannot send the request now'. I think the reason is that the IP of my VPN is abused. Am I right?

Hello! The organization I work for had a DropBox subscription under my email. Since I am leaving soon, I switched over the account to someone else. I logged in today and don't see any of our files and no sign of us having the DropBox Plus Subscription. Do you know what happened? Can I fix this??
I can't open my desktop app settings, so that I can move my Dropbox folder to an external drive.
This has been happening since my last computer... What I would like to do is sync my dropbox to save to my external drive; however, I cannot access the dropbox app to go to sync settings and trying to simply move it doesn't work. Settings for this are not avaiable online and im worried that if i uninstall the app I'll lose all my saved folders that I've pinned on my computer (which i guess I can just re add) I've tried looking at my antivirus software as well, but that didn't help as dropbox doesn't seem to be blocked. this would free up a ton of storage, so please help!
I lost access to 2FA and none of the help resources are helping.
Lost access to 2FA with new computers and phones over the years so I cannot sign in and install dropbox on my new computer. You know what's frustrating? I have to sign into my dropbox account to post in this forum...but since I don't have accesss to 2FA...then the support bot can't help, nor can I get help anywhere. So it's a vicious loop cycle. So I had to make this fake account to use the help forums. ANYWAY I need my 2FA reset by an actual person not a chatbot. HELP.

Can we have a way to toggle Recent files on and off in account settings?
I want to be able to toggle on or off the show Recent Files. First, I prefer to NOT SHOW ANY RECENT FILES. I want my own privacy and not have someone open my computer and be able to view Recent Files. These are my files and I do not like Dropbox to have a feature enabled that compromises my privacy. Turn off Recent Files. Allow me to switch it ON...or switch it OFF. End of story.
