I have a new computer and a new phone. When I log in to Dropbox, I don't see most of my files. It is possible that I have 2 accounts, but am unable to log into the other email because it's not active anymore. I need access to my files. HI, There is currently no way to set the naming convention when creating a file request through the API. Therefore the uploader name is added to the file automatically and we have no say about it. The idea to implement the option to set the naming convention through the api https://api.dropboxapi.com/2/file_requests/create or setting a default naming convention for file request could also work. I am having so much trouble finding a way to change the send settings for my Dropbox Sign. Whenever I head to templates and go to the upper right icon and click on settings, the page just reloads and goes right back to the templates home page. Am I correct in understanding, that: That it no longer functions and I should another service, open a separate account (both DropBox AND Send and track subscription) or what should I do? PLEASE allow us to restrict the ability of external users to delete files and folders in a shared folder. I just ran into an issue where a user, that had edit permission, deleted all of the files and folders in a shared folder. Allow us to restrict the ability to delete by users. Or change the view permission to upload files and folders. This seems so easy to do, yet it doesn't happen. If I'm missing a setting, please enlighten me. I've mistakenly upgraded my Dropbox storage plan with my wrong email address. I've had an account for years with 2TB storage and it was nearing full, so received many reminders to upgrade. What I think I then did was to pay for a new account by accident by using a wrong email address in the process. Spotting this I want to know how I can unwind this - one account all paid up?
