Trouble is Mark the app cannot even connect to Dropbox so you can't refresh it (ie pause or unpause). It's locked.

UK too. My computers stuck connecting to Dropbox. This is getting to be a nasty habit! Local apptracker downdetector.co.uk says: "Dropbox is having issues since 14:45."
