Yes you can. As you can see I am uploading just the album named "Uploaded" from photos and its being saved in Dropbox folder named "Uploaded"

I too couldn't find an app to sync a specific album to dropbox. There is an app for android but not for ios. I was able to automate a siri shortcut to copy the album to dropbox. I automate this short...
