Dear Megan: As you suggested, I switch to a different web browser (Edge) from Chrome, and as a result I was able to see and download the shared file. It was a shared link. Using my iPad and iPhone...

When I try to access a file that someone posted, the file disappears.
When I try to access a file that someone from my church posts, the file momentarily appears, but then immediately vanishes. Accordingly, I am unable to read or download that file.
