Something is NOT RIGHT! I need to speak with someone. When was I transferred to a basic account???? and WHY??? I never received an email or phone call stating that?? We are a law firm.. a business!! ...

I have always had a business account and been able to speak with a representative in the past. Why would I not be able to speak with a representative?

I have had this account for over 10 years. That is the reason as to why I absolutely need technical support to call me. This is unexpectable. No I do not have any new emails.
