Update 3:The beta version 112.3.254 works fine... So it was definately a problem of the latest version. Another solution could be offered by using the portable dropbox app using a previous version ...

update: It works with the previous version, but dropbox has automatically a function which updates dropbox. So after a few minutes it updated the app to the new version and I get the same error again...

I uninstalled the last version of dropbox and installed the previous one. Everything works fine now. So it seems to be a problem of the new version.
