We got the advanced reinstall-instructions from another person here and did everything there. And then we got this errorfile instead: dropbox_errorzselak4m.txt Thank you!

Sorry! I was wrong, it is a PC and a number you maybe can use is this: DESKTOP-7ISE42R We did an update yesterday and after that it doesn't work.
