I need to be able private label DropBox Replay. I see that I can upload a logo on a gallery by gallery basis. However, I'd like to be able to brand my account similar to how I can do it with native DropBox. I need the ability to create a DropBox Replay url without going into the Replay application for first importing files into Replay. My understanding is that Replay files are stored within the DropBox so intuitively I should be able to create a url Replay url to invite people to review a folder of images and videos by giving them a properly formed url. I don't see a way from DropBox to share a folder via Replay. Can someone please confirm if Replay actually imports files from DropBox into a separate data repository for Replay or am I correct in thinking that the files live in the exact same spot. Ultimately, I need two things: 1) A way to get my DropBox folders into Replay without first having to go into Replay and import from DropBox into Replay 2) A way to get/build Replay urls so that people who click on this link and go straigh into Replay to view the content uploaded into that folder. Hi team, Replay transcription appears to have failed on a video we've uploaded - it's missed a chunk (20-30 seconds that I've spotted so far). No reason on our side for the failure that I can think of - indeed, it's the third version of this file that we've uploaded, and previous versions have correctly parsed the section; there's nothing funky it, no backing track or difficult-to-hear audio etc. So, my question is: is it possible to force a regeneration of a transcription? The files were TIFF files, linked to their Dropbox files (not uploaded directly into replay). Our team cannot access any of the photos or annotations made. Can we please bring back being able to export comments in EDL format. Davinci and Replay don't speak well and often direct uploads on exports fail. Hi there, Dropbox Replay user here - as of yesterday, fully-paid up for the full Dropbox Replay across our team. As per the Dropbox Replay 'video transcription and captions' article last updated 18 July 2024, we should be able to edit transcripts in Replay. And indeed, I can - when I am the one who who has uploaded the video to Replay - I click on the Transcription sidebar/tab, wait a few minutes, and then can hover over a line, select the pencil, and correct the text. Just as described. However, when another team member uploads the video, I no longer see the pencil option to edit the text, only the copy option. I'm now getting the sinking feeling, based upon a limitation I saw elsewhere in this community around archiving videos, that it is somehow either as per design or a product limitation that I can't correct the transcript of a video uploaded by somebody else in our team. The purpose of Replay is to facilitate collaboration - please tell me this isn't a limitation. Thanks, DavidSolved2KViews1like9Comments
