Automatically Creating the Same folders every time (each case)
The solution may be obvious to everyone else, here goes: Law Firm environment (each case set up is identical). Our intake person sets up the same 11 folders in Drop Box, in a folder under the Client Name. She is creating them individually, everytime. There has to be an automated way to accomplish this. Please advise
