downloading smaller images

My channel leads need to download smaller versions of the files (jpgs) in order to create online ads and emails in Canva. I can't find a simple solution in dropbox for them to download a smaller file? I can't resize all of my images for them but most other softwares allow for different image file sizes for downloading, why not DB?

Dropbox doesn't have such a feature. It simply wasn't designed to do that. You'll either need to provide smaller images for them to download (there are programs that will bulk resize images), or show them how to resize an image after they download it.

I bulk resize in Bridge but we only have so many licenses in our department and teaching others how to do this is not an option. It's really too bad DB didn't think of this, especially for an image back up and sharing system.
