Hey aimeelyde, welcome to our Community!
Is the file you're trying to download part of a shared link, or shared folder, by any chance?
When the download fails, does it give you an error, by any chance? You've also mentioned that you tried contacting our Support team, right?
Would you be able to share your ticket number reference with me, please?
Thanks a bunch!

It is a file from a shared link to a DB folder. All the other files in the folder downloaded as expected. I get no error message except "failed." My ticket # is 23675022

Hey aimeelyde, thanks for that!
I checked, and it seems that your ticket has been escalated to our Specialized agents, in order for them to have a closer look as to what might be causing this.
I've increased the priority of the ticket to High in order to expedite the process, but we definitely appreciate your patience, while they take a closer look into this.
Thank you!
