How can I share vCard file so that someone clicking on it can download it?
I have a vCard file (myname.vcf) in dropbox. I want to link to the vCard in my email signature. The normal link doesn't seem to work. How can I link to the vCard so that someone clicking on the link can download the vCard?
- Hi Gary, if you want users to simply download the card, you can create a normal shared link using the steps here.

Thanks, Jay. That works for normal files. But apparently not for vCard files (MyName.vcf). I am sure this isn't the first time someone has asked this but I couldn't find any previous questions or answers. There must be a way to link to a vCard in dropbox.
- JayDropbox StaffWhen you say download, do you want the vCard to be downloaded to the machine, or for it to open automatically, to be added to a person’s contact list?
