Error opening files from folders

Hi. First time on here...hope someone can help please. I have just gone on the mobile app of dropbox and went to view a file from 2 years ago and it doesn't open...all I get is two blue lines dancin...

    Can you please let me know if you're able to preview those files normally on the website instead of the mobile app?

     

    If you're able to view them normally there, you could try clearing the app's cache and restarting your device.
