Has the Dropbox Tech Team made any progress on this facility since 2019?It would be a huge help to be able to open Dropbox on my iphone and ipad when I am travelling and do not have access to my laptop. I save a lot of emails (.msg) into Dropbox folders but cannot access them. In 4 years it would be good to think the Tech Team have produced a solution!

Hi @Helen-chota, welcome to our Community!

Please keep in mind that Dropbox doesn't preview .MSG files. However, you should be able to download a viewer which will do it for you. Then you can export them and use the appropriate application that is capable of opening them.

I'll forward your feedback to the appropriate areas so we can continue to improve.

I hope this clarifies!

Thanks for the quick reply. I have purchased via Apple the MSG Viewer and it works perfectly.
