What is a Super User?

Super Users are incredibly helpful members of the Dropbox Community. They are valued/valuable/trusted and active members that make our Community a more interesting and engaging space. Super Users help us provide support, they are advocates for both Dropbox and for Dropbox users. They are the bridges between our company and our customers, contributing to an ever evolving positive feedback loop.

    Helpful Super Users answers thousands of questions. They educate and help other users find answers.

How to apply

If you are interested in becoming a Super User on Dropbox Community, you can apply here. Tell us why you want to be part of the program, you can even link us to examples where you’ve helped other users or when your solution was accepted.

We check this application form regularly and we onboard new Super Users once a quarter. If your application is succesful we will contact you with information and next steps.
