I forgot my password. I went to the "forgot password" link, and am awaiting my email that will show me how to reset. I have tried a few times, but no email arrives. Yes, I have checked junk and have whitelisted the correct email. I think there is something special going on with my account - I was emailing directly with a tech rep before and I think there might be some kind of hold on my account. How can I check this? Why can't I get the email to reset? Most importantly, how can I email with someone specifically about my account?
