Yesterday, I made a big mistake, I deleted my account [removed per Community Guidelines]
There were a lot of very important files on this account, all files (photos) from our life...
I create a new account with the same address. I know that there are backups.
Can you send put all my ols files on my new account ?
It's very important for all the family. You can believe my, I'm the same person of the account.
There was a folder with the name "10 premières années de Julie" for example
I hop that you can help me, please

Unfortunately, once an account has been deleted, neither the account nor the files in it can be recovered.

Yes but I can see the files during one or two second on my account !

I create a new account with the same mail address.

And I see everything but they don't stay on my screen

It doesn't matter that you created a new account with the same address. If you're briefly seeing the files then it's probably just cached in your browser and when the page changes it's updating to show you the actual content in your account.

 

If the account was deleted, it's not possible to recover anything that was in it.
