Getting a 'Can't connect to Dropbox' message

I belong o a website that uses Dropbox for members to view their content. It worked perfectly for 2 months, then about 9/20, I started getting a " Can't connect to dropbox.Dropbox. Make sure you are online or try again later message.
I have spoken to website and confirmed I am paid up and allowed to access their Dropbox . I am using the correct password.
I did change cell carrier and have a nee phone, but the problem began before I switched last week.

Any fixes, suggestion, help would be appreciated. Thank you

Could you clarfiy what you mean by 'allowed to access their Dropbox'? 

 

Do you mean they provided you with an email and password, or was it a shared folder added to your own account?

 

This will help me to assist further!

They provided the link abd the password. According to them, no other subscriber has had this issue that they are aware of.

I neglected to mention that I pay the website firc2 different tiers and I am unable to access either one.

Have you tried switching browsers on your computer, and the same error persists? 

 

If it does, I'd also like you to upload a full screenshot of the error you keep receiving on your end.

I have used Google and Firefox and continue yo get the same message

Where do I upload the screenshot of the error message ?

Ii have also tried Duck Duck Go and even tried in incognito mods with no luck.

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

I have Norton. I do not have a VPN. When this started, I was with Verizon and has continued after I changed to TMobile. I have a Gakaxy 23+ phone now. I was using a Galaxy Note8 when the problems started

How would I check to see if there are any restrictions on my phone foe Dropbox ?

Hey @John9459 , so just to clarify, are you only getting this error on your phone, when opening the link through the browsers you mentioned?

 

Have you tried accessing the link from a computer to check if it works?

 

You mentioned you have Norton, so you might want to check its settings, to see if you can whitelist Dropbox.
