Can I receive the one time code on another email address to regain access to my Dropbox account?

hello, i have a question about access account. i have another account, different at me, i know the mail address wher the dropbox sent the opt code but o can't see this mail because i dont remember the pw. it's possible recived the opt code in another address mail?

May I ask if you're able to regain access to the email address that's associated with the account in question?

There should be a way to reset your password there as well if you have forgotten it.
