Upgrade from Plus to Professional through iOS app not reflecting

I upgraded from Plus to Professional 24 hours ago and the change is still not reflecting in my app.

I’ve tried logging out, deleting and downloading the app, and restoring purchases. How can I resolve this?

According to the mobile app, what plan are you currently on at the moment? 

 

Has the payment been deducted from your account?
