Hi,
Our company Appletizer pays every month via creditcard for Dropbox services.
The description is DROPBOX*G193QSY5K5DM.
But we don't use Dropbox and we don't even know the e-mailadress which it is linked to.
So therefor I cant cancel my subscription myself.
Please advise.
Hey @Judithvhe, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
If you'd like to look-up a charge with the transaction ID, you can use our self served look up tool. This will help you identify the email address that's associated with the charge.
If you have any further questions or issues with cancelling, let us know and we'll reach out via the email address that's linked to your profile here, on our Community to have a further look internally.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I tried "find receipt" several times, but keep getting same error:
"Please enter the expiration date and last 4 digits of the billed credit card."
And I am sure I filled in the correct values....
It might be helpful if you can tell me the e-mail address which is linked to the billed G193QSY5K5DM.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Also tried that before.
I have to fill in an e-mailaddress (which I don't know).
So I filled in one of my business e-mailaddresses.
I did that a few months ago but until now I did not receive a reply.
