I have fraud charges on my card, how can I contact support?

I have a basic plan that has no paid subscription which does not allow me to contact support or talk to anyone in anyway. I have fraud charges on my account from another account user using my card information and need to remove that info from their profile. I need help please, i have to pay to talk to someone at Dropbox? VERY frustrating. Please help.

Hi @WoodwardFbbc, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d contacting our support team by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system.

You shouldnt be contacting Dropbox. You should be contacting your bank. If you did not give your card to Dropbox then it is an issue at the bank - as they WILL use the card elsewhere.

If you DID give Dropbox the info the charges are almost certainly from a trial you didn't cancel.
