I used an old email to sign up to drop box premium or dropbox trial. Now that I no longer use that email and also can not log into that email to get the code for verification, how can I cancel my dropbox premium of this account? I got charged for 3 months without noticing.

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

How will they reply to my report? Because i entered my email but i no longer access to it.

No need to use that email. You can inform the agent that the issue is linked to the email address you no longer have access to, but use your email now to write to us.
