How do I request a refund. I cancelled the day of the renewal.

Hi there @RoA123 - thanks for posting in our Community and sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please clarify what plan you're on at the moment and if you've tried following these steps?

 

Also, did you upgrade through the website in the first place or via the app store on a mobile device?
