I have been trying to contact support but I keep receiving an error message. Please advise
When I try to email, I get a message that says "There was a problem completing this request" in red at the top of my screen.
Can you try a different browser? Or clear cache and cookies etc. to see if that helps?

The support options you have available, depend on the type of plan you're on and you can find them through this page.
If you're on a free Basic account, email support is not available, but if you want, you can let us know what kind of issue you're having, so we can try to assist you here, on our Community.

Hi Hannah... I noticed one of my referrals got 5GB to start on the Basic Free Plan. And when I started, I only got 2GB. I did a few referrals and now I'm up to 3.75GB. But I think it's unfair that you're starting new referrals at 5GB now and I'm still nowhere near that. Any chance you can push me up so that we're all starting at the same level and same amount of space? Much appreciated.

Our Basic plan starts with 2GB for everyone.
However, if someone started with 5GB that would mean that either they sent out more referrals, or that they got some sort of promotional space.
When you use our referrals with a Basic account you can get up to 16 GB.
