Cancelled subscription but keep getting charged

I cancelled the service in 2021, but keep getting charged every year. When I access my account, it shows that it's BASIC, yet my credit card gets charged USD119 every year. I tried to see if there is another account linked to my credit card, but nothing shows up. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING. I have sent emails with the copy of the cancellation, yet get no answer. HOW CAN I PUT AN END TO THIS????

    Is there a transaction ID linked to the Dropbox charges on your bank statement? If yes, you can go here to check for which Dropbox account you’re being billed.

     

    If not, I’d like you to clarify if you’re getting charged directly from Dropbox or iTunes/Google Play instead.
