We made a ticket to dropbox support about an unrecognized charge. We now have received an email that an update was made on the ticket, but it seems that we're unable to see past tickets due to using a free version. Is there any way to see the ticket and it's updates?

Hey @Jussike, thanks for reaching out to us.

 

You can check out the updates on the ticket directly from your emails.

 

Assuming you have access to the address you used when you submitted your help request, you'll find the update there.
