Already spoke to one member of the sales team for over an hour, and both of us couldn't figure out what was wrong with the account. I have paid 199 pound for a Dropbox essential membership, covering a year, yet for some reason the account appears to be stuck on a Dropbox plus membership in free trial mode. I have canceled all memberships relating to Apple. Check that the emails are both the same and that the account build is the same as the actual account I'm in. Nothing appears to. demonstrate any issue, please. see the attached screenshots. I'd just like my full games membership and a Dropbox essential
