Buffalo TeraStation TS3210D DropBox Synk organization folder

Hello,

when I try to enable Dropbox Sync, after copied the link, I can browse only my personal folder into organization Dropbox storage.

Do I have to do something else in Dropbox ?

    I already done and support told me that Buffalo don't sell anymore in Europe and probably is not updated... I don't know if this is a valid reason; they could update anyway the firmware to fix the problem otherwise put a note that work only for standard Dropbox user folder.

     

    The only think that I can do is change the NAS.

      Yes, as you can see from posted image there is the browse folder from TeraStation and what I see from my browser.

        It's possible that the app you're using is unable to view the team space via the Dropbox API they're using. 

         

        I'd recommend getting in contact with the developers of the app for more assistance on this matter.
