Two-pane File Manager UI for Web, easier file operations

It would be vary handy if the Web UI will support split folders view, like we have in Norton Commander or Total Commander file managers.

This will add support for clear and easy file / folders operations like:

- copy

- move

between the opened tabs / folders.

Right now it is way to hassle to move or copy smth inside Dropbox storage area. You have to use popup menu and select folders manually.

I believe this is what the idea of this service should be -- to provide file storage with convenient file management tools.
