Set up Dropbox Transfer branding on a team level through the admin console

Went looking for this in the community forums, and was disappointed to see that it has been set to "closed" without implementation, and without the opportunity to vote for it.  We have just started using the Transfer tool, and I'm somewhat dismayed to find that each of our corporate users must upload a logo to apply our corporate look-and-feel to the transfer email.  If this is intended to be a serious corporate tool, then it should be customizable org-wide.  Here is the text of the original request that you've closed - "I'm the admin of my company's Dropbox and we use Dropbox Transfer a lot. We customize the Transfer page with our company's logo, which means that each employee has to upload our logo and background file in his own account. I would prefer if I could set it on the admin panel for all employees."

Hey @J2Admin, thanks for using Dropbox and posting on our Community!

There should be an option to add a company logo for all files and folders the team's members share in your Admin Console in the Settings tab under the Team Profile option. 

From there, you can also allow team members to customize branded sharing settings on their own files and folders. 

Let me know if that helps with what you had in mind.

Thanks for the reply.  We are already using the org-wide logo settings for what I would call "standard file sharing" in Dropbox.   However, I'm referring specifically to the Transfer utility.  Adding our logo to the Transfer dialogue that recipients see requires that each user in our org use the "Custom design" method in the Transfer screen.  I'd like to "customize" the Transfer utility in the admin panel, and not require each user to do this.

I will add that there is conflicting information on the help articles for this topic as well. 

Accessing the help article at https://help.dropbox.com/share/branded-sharing indicates that the branding can be toggled to apply to: 

• Sharing files and folders
• File requests
• File transfers
  

Unfortunately, when accessing the team branding console these options are not available. Only on the Admin branding help page, here: https://help.dropbox.com/share/custom-branding does it indicate that this option only affects certain media: 
Note: Logos and background images will only appear when sharing presentations, documents, or image files. 

At minimum, the help article needs to be updated to reflect that team branding currently does not populate through to the Transfer app, despite our team members' ability and responsibility to set the branding themselves.
