As a user, I want to receive a notification email when I am charged that contains my purchase receipt (date, amount) in the body so that I can easily find and forward this receipt to our bookkeeping system. I want to receive it by email so that my monthly process is more efficient and simple. Currently, it takes more than 15 actions/clicks to accomplish what could be automated with a simple inbox rule.
Current process: Dropbox.com > Login > Account (clicking face) > Manage Account > Billing > Three dots beside the relevant month > Receipt > Print > Save as PDF > Save > Rename file with date > Save > Open email inbox > New > Add sender/subject/text > attach > send.
