Option to disable delete confirmation popup when deleting online-only files from desktop

Option to disable delete confirmation popup when deleting online-only files from desktop

When deleting "online-only" files or folders, I got asked for confirmation with a pop up, but there is no "do not show this next time" checkbox.

I know what I'm doing when I delete files and I don't need Dropbox to babysit me.

How can I make that popup go away forever?

Please put a "remember the decision" button. It is very tyring to click delete after every file.

Its very annoying to have offline files and still get prompted to delete online only files.

And still no closer to fixing this idiocy.

WHY is this STILL a problem?

I have to delete millions of 0 size ".. conflict .." files in a LOT of folder, and I get this dialog up for each folder were files are deleted. The dialog box takes focus every f.... time so I cant use my computer for any work when deleting files.

I can see this was created almost 3 years ago, get this fixed NOW !!!!

It's super annoying. This is a must fix. Pretty please.

Is there any update on this missing feature? I have to go through an archive of about 2000 files/photos and delete 20% or so one by one. Really not looking forward to having to answer a popup each time...

Friendly reminder to update this feature as I don't want to see this notification every time i try to delete a file. It's quite infuriating and a waste of my time.

Please let us disable this forever.

We can restore recently deleted files on the website, so there's not a risk of data loss, and it's horrible UI to have a warning that can't be dismissed.

I'd even tolerate a "don't remind me again today" checkbox, I just need a way to stifle the alert. It's even more annoying when I'm going through my Camera Uploads folder to delete duplicated/out of focus/etc pictures.

The only workaround is to force everything in a folder to offline, delete files, then maybe remember to put them in online-only mode afterward, and that pushes your bandwidth costs up.

Well, this is ridiculous. If Dropbox doesn't want users to disable these warnings completely, why not simply provide an option to silence them for a limited time, such as 30 minutes, 1 hour, or so? Dropbox already supports snoozing notifications, so why not apply this same functionality to warnings?
