Move the delete button up

I still use DB for archiving photos. I review the photos weekly, and delete the ones that don’t make the cut. On iOS iPhone XR, the red delete button is at the bottom of the list of options. To delete a photo takes an additional scroll down to the bottom to find the delete option. Delete seems to be a more commonly used function; should be move closer to the top of the list to preclude the need to scroll down.
