1. I am on annual payment terms and am NOT getting an invoice.
2. Manually downloading it each time is not feasible for a company with a full billing department. I need these invoices to show up automatically without someone always checking for them.
Thank you for reaching back to me, I hope you enjoyed your weekend! @poiuztrewq
I had a look into your exchange with our support agent.
I assume you checked your email address for the invoices, right? Is it possible that someone else is the "billing admin" and has put in their billing info, hence getting the email on their end?
Unbelievable that this is STILL not possible after almost 8 (!!!) years. This is one of the easiest things to implement, but I have the general feeling that Dropbox is ignoring most of the user complaints or feature requests, since I'm following quite some topics on the forum.
I wonder how it is possible to ignore such huge amount of requests through years. I do not know, so just put it on the home screen at least. And do not tell us that’s not possible. I think this behavior should be illegal.
The first email was sent in 1971. Should I be worried about our files when they're being looked after by people who can't arrange for PDF invoices to be sent automatically in 2023?
I pay. I want my receipt. When you go to the store, they don't send you across the street to pick up your receipt in there. THEY GIVE IT TO YOU. Just implement it. Do not lie it is not possible.
It's the year 2023. We have self driving cars. We've launched rockets the size of skyscrapers into the sky. But we can't get Dropbox to email a copy of an invoice.
They are doing this purposefully to cause inconvenience in the hope that we'll give in and commit to an annual subscription. I won't, nay, can't commit to a company for a year, when they can't even sort a simple email out.
Every single month I have to login and get the invoice. And every month, I look at how easy it is to move to a competitor, it's getting easier by the month. Shame on Dropbox.
