Can we have an option to have raw=1 as default for shared links?
When I make a web link to Dropbox content I get dl=0 as default.
Please create an option to let me set my account to default to creating web links with raw=1.
Extensive testing across various platforms and browsers shows me that raw=1 is much more convenient for most recipients. After all, a web link is explicitly most useful for sharing with people who might not already be using Dropbox.

I share PDF files to a community volunteer service organization. This is a diverse group of cross-platform users, and shared links on Dropbox.com are an excellent way to do this.
The points below are very important to users, so we always need to edit each link to raw=1. (I have seen multiple people asking about this on your forums and other boards as well. The points below apply to many uses.)
- People read the files on phones and tablets as well as PCs and Macs. Especially on phone, tablet, and small laptop screens, the raw=1 format makes the material much more readable by getting rid of all the chrome on the current default dl=0 setting, and thus making the content as large as it can be.
- People also often need to download the files, so dl=0 is not right for us.
- Android comes in innumerable flavors, and those users sometimes have difficulty with dl=0, while raw=1 works well.
You can default to dl=0 if you want, but a checkbox in settings to enable us to switch to raw=1 would be a great time saver for all of your customers who share files.
