The product has become increasingly sophisticated and complex. I currently run it on three macs, two iphones, and an ipad. It might be very useful enhancement to provide a 'dashboard' that shows how many installations exist within an account, what services are running and the status of those services.
I've just spent most of two days trying to figure out why a mac migration didn't work only to discover that 'backup' had been turned and two key folder, i.e. Desktop and Downloads were not orginal folder but alises. Needless to say when the image was migrated the folders failed to open because the 'orginals' couldn't be found. After chasing system permissions, bad OS installations, etc., etc. I finally checked the image being used to transfer and discovered the folders were aliased in the Mac Time Machine backup image. I've never used or needed Dropbox backup and no idea how it got turned on... suffice it to say going to one dashboard instead of rooting around in 'preferences' would have saved a bunch of time for myself and apple support.
