How is your use of Dropbox changing as connected platforms evolve ?

There have been significant developments in Marketing technology and AI in just the past few months. Multiple Marketing automation and CRM providers are changing their platforms to accommodate AI.  Dropbox is connected in processes and technology to these, so it's likely that it's being affected, at least by association.

Is your use of Dropbox changing with the continued growth of AI?  Are you evaluating  (or re-evaluation) where it fits in your Marketing/Creative processes?

Hi @anejako,

Thanks for posting here in the Dropbox Community. This is such a relevant question right now, we're seeing lots of really awesome AI tools pop up all over the place and it's really interesting to see how they will effect people's workflow.

We recently had a Community member tell us about an AI search tool they were using with AWS called Kendra, which helps their customers get support. It integrates with Dropbox and essentially searches their files to surface information to their customers when they are looking for support. You can read their post here.

Are there any AI tools or products that you have been using that you have found work well with Dropbox or caused you to rethink how you use your Dropbox account? If so, I'd love to hear more about them.

Thanks again, and have a great day!

not yet, but likely I will in the next year or so. Every platform is changing very rapidly to accommodate AI.

With advances in AI in Dropbox  (from the 2024 Spring Release) and advances in integrated applications and platforms, have you combined any of Dropbox's new AI capabilities with your existing Marketing processes?
