Why is it taking such an extreme amount of duration to start up when either booting up, or if I exit and reopen the desktop version 53.4.67.  It's taking over 10 minutes easily.

Is this version for Windows 10 64bit?

I installed and in task manager its saying Dropbox (32bit)

I fear im going to hit a ram ceiling with this instance soon (1.8million files to sync)
