How can I separate my work files from my personal files?
I have a mess on my hands and I not sure how to fix it with losing files. I have two dropbox, one is personal and the other is for work. Some how my work files have been saved in my personal file. This has been going on for quite a while. So my question is how can I fix this? Would it be best using Dropbox online or should i use the app on my MacBook?

Hi sonjialee, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, do you have two separate Dropbox accounts under two different emails?
How have the work files appeared on your personal account? Are these in a shared folder, or a normal folder in your Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!

I have 2 accounts with different email addresses. I think I started with a personal account and later added the business. I'm not sure if it's a shared file are not.

If there are two separate emails, the files can't easily move from one account to another, unless they are directly uploaded into that account, or via a shared folder.
