Hi! I deleted a file five months ago. I was wondering if I could recover it paying the Professional plan or it will only work for files deleted 180 days from the moment I get that plan.

Hi @Doble G 

 

Unfortunately the 180 day recovery window only works from the day of purchase, so, it wouldnt work on a file deleted over 30 days ago.
