I am using Dropbox plus and some of the files I had saved have disappeared.

When I tried to restore the file, the file could not be restored within the 30th day.

If you change your plan and set the restoration period to within 180 days,

Is it possible to restore files that have been deleted?

Hi @mild7_5mg, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If the files have been deleted over 30 days ago, then it wouldn't be possible to upgrade to a paid plan to recover them.

The recovery period isn't retroactive, so you won't be able to delete files, already deleted over 30 days ago.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
