I attempted to send one share today and got this message.  I am on a basic account, what is the issue and how is it resolved?

I'm having the same issue, can't share a folder. My partner and I, bought, have enough space in our accounts for the folder.

How long has it been since you first got this error? Did you get an email from Dropbox informing you that your shared links were banned in the past perhaps?

 

If it's been a while, would it be OK if we reach out via email to investigate further?

Hi Walter

 

How long has it been since you first got this error?

  • Since saturday

Did you get an email from Dropbox informing you that your shared links were banned in the past perhaps?

  • No, I've not been informed about this

If it's been a while, would it be OK if we reach out via email to investigate further? 

  • Yes, please. Need to share 2 folders. Casually, 1 of them "stop sync", so we "delete" the link and the share options to resend the invitation and got this issue

Buongiorno,

quando cerco di condividere una cartella trovo il seguente errore da mesi: 

'Hai raggiunto il limite di inviti che puoi inviare in un giorno. Riprova fra 24 ore.'

 

Come mai? Premetto che non ho file protetti da copyright nella mia cartella.
