Hello not sure if it's the latest update causing this, but I have troubles where dropbox wont sync some files saying they are used by another application which is not, and this on all my computers. When I pause sync and restart it sync instant without any problem.

"Updated without notice, and then notified of errors due to files being in use after update."

This is probably the issue i'm facing now, did you find a way to fix that ?

Hey @Algorithm! Hope you’re well.

First off, can you clarify the OS version of your computer(s)?

I’d also like a full screenshot of the error you’re getting on your end.

Are there any other third party apps accessing your files?

Let me know, and we can take a look.

Hello @NancyError.png i'm fine thank you !

I'm using Win11, yes there is third party app accessing my files but even closing it does not help, sometimes after few mins its sync by itself but if I turn off sync and reactivate it's sync instantly.

Here picture of the error message

Futher information that might help you, it's seem to happens only on new file that i'm creating with the third party app. All ther old file that I edit updating without any problems

Thanks for the extra info! To clarify, this is only happening when working with .ols files, correct?

Hey @Algorithm - have you tried pausing sync or quitting the Dropbox desktop app and resuming sync or relaunching the app after you're done with creating the file in the 3rd party app you mentioned?
