Mac OS Sequoia is arriving. Is DropBox ready?
Hi everyone, who remembers the chaos that happened last year with the Mac OS Sonoma update and all the issues we had with DropBox? There was a particular version that caused syncing to go haywire. I ...

It's disconcerting that after the question was asked 2+ hours ago, there hasn't been a response beyond, "I will ask internally".

I'd not read too much in to this.
Dropbox is a global company with colleagues based all around the world. It is very possible that the people DBX_Pedro are outside of his timezone, or, as they have flexible working not yet in work/on shift.

Mark I understand you want to justify things, and that's fair enough, especially when in doubt. However, let me say that a large company like Dropbox, after the mess that happened last year, shouldn't be able to avoid reassuring users about the launch of Sequoia. By now, something should have leaked out to reassure users. I get it if you don't care about the free Dropbox users, but I pay for it. I pay nearly 200 euros a year to use Dropbox. For heaven's sake, can you tell me if I can upgrade to Sequoia or not? But no, I can't upgrade to Sequoia because only I know what a hassle I went through last year with that synchronisation problem, over 20 days without being able to use my online space.
