I have a HelloSign free plan. I have never (in the almost a year I have been using it) been able to get the page, where you are supposed to be able to see your signature requests, both pending and completed, to give me anything other than 'Failed to load signature requests. Retry' and the stupid picture of the cat with the broken umbrella. I've tried both my laptop and desktop, and Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Same result every time. Any ideas? Thank you.
Hey @Chantal C.4, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you send us a full-page screenshot of the error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, did you sign into the HelloSign for Dropbox Dashboard to track your signature requests as outlined here?

Hey @JaneCG, can you please send us a screenshot of the error, like Jay requested, so we can have a visual?
And do you also see the same thing, if you use a different browser or a private browsing/incognito window?
