EER_CONNECTION_REFUSED error when connecting Dropbox to my computer

Hi I do not seem to be able to connect to Dropbox on my PC I get the message This site can't be reached and an error message EER_CONNECTION_REFUSED can you help please everything works on my laptop

    Have you checked that things like firewalls are allowing a connection?
