Dropbox application not starting on Mac
For the last few days the Dropbox desktop application on my Mac has failed to start. When I double-click the icon in the Applications folder, nothing happens. No error messages, no Dropbox icon appears at the top of the screen, and my files aren't synchronising to the Dropbox server.
Any ideas on how I can diagnose this? Does the application create log files anywhere?
I am using a MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.5.1
Hey bryn999, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you try reinstalling the desktop app and let me know if you notice any difference?
I'd suggest that you tried the offline installer from this page, just in case.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks Walter. Reinstallation with the offline installer seems to have done the trick, and it all looks to be working again now.

Just reinstalled Dropbox on my MacBook Air running Ventura, and Dropbox still will not launch, nor will its icon show up in the menu bar...
