Could you please turn off the auto-update feature on the Linux app?
Hi,
I know the Linux client is very low on your priority list (and I accept that we can hardly demand otherwise, I'm already happy there is one).
But could you *please* disable the auto-update "feature"(or at least make it optional) and let users update your app like every other linux package in existence (through a package manager)? The way it currently is breaks my system every other week. It also does it in a horribly insecure way, asking me to give my root password to an unknown process to run an unknown temporary file?!
Thank you for your consideration.
